有做电池的，有做注塑件的，有做线速的，有做涂装、电镀的，有做机加工的，

有做冲压件的。

要求都很高。

质量经理，要求会数据分析，懂质量体系，会minitab、JMP等软件，处理各种不良等等。

生产经理，要求懂生产计划，会库存管理，会安排人员，会跟踪进度，抓5S，懂设备维护，懂安全，懂环境保护。

还要会客户打交道，情商高。等等。

感觉是在招聘全才。

有的公司还要求英语读写听说良好。
